Besuch aus Amerika

In der ersten Woche der Sommerferien bekommt die KSC-Fußballschule Besuch aus Amerika: Das Geschwisterpaar Torrie und Ethan Maddox aus Washington wird das Feriencamp der KSC-Fußballschule im Wildpark besuchen. Bis dahin ist es zwar noch eine Weile, aber beide haben bereits vorab eine Mail mit Infos und Bildern geschickt, die wir euch nicht vorenthalten möchten.

Torrie Maddox:
My name is Torrie Maddox and I live in the USA near Washington DC. I just turned 9 in May and am in the third grade. My favorite team is DC United and my favorite players are Jaime Moreno and Christiano Ronaldo. I play in the midfield and am the fastest player on my team. I love to run and play defense and go up into the offense. My team is called the Fire Crackers and we are undefeated in the last two seasons. I also love to go swimming, play basketball, ride my bike, and talk. I look forward to learning to play soccer the German way, make new friends, and speak German. Something fun to know about me is I love to knit and read and have lots of stuffed animals at home.

Ethan Maddox:
My name is Ethan Maddox and I live near Washington DC in the USA. I just turned 7 years old in May and am in the first grade. My favorite team is DC United of MLS and my favorite player is Lionel Messi. I play forward on my team 'The Zoo Crew' and am the leading scorer. I also love to play basketball, ride my bike, roller blade, and go to the beach. I look forward to learning to play soccer better, learn some German, and make new friends. Something fun to know about me are my pets: a dog named Copper, and a turtle and a frog named Rocky and Bullwinkle.
